Work-Life Balance
Work-life balance is an ever-evolving concept that is more a lifelong process than a goal to be achieved. It must be evaluated again and again with each life milestone and employment status change.
Resume
I will assist with creating a resume or with revising/editing an existing one. The client and I will consider together whether a chronological, functional, combination, or nontraditional resume will best highlight skills and experience.
Polished writing is vital throughout the process of career exploration and applying for jobs. I will review letters of interest, cover letters, and emails and offer suggestions for improving clarity of messaging as well as writing mechanics.
Written Communication
Interview Prep/Mock Interview
Job interviews are simultaneously sought and feared and leave most people dreading that which they are actively pursuing. I teach interviewing techniques that focus on the process being a two-way investigation and conduct mock interviews to help clients feel prepared and confident.
